After winning the Premier League last weekend, the members of the Manchester United decided to celebrate their victory at the Manchester235 Casino. All the players, including Carlos Tevez, Wayne Rooney, Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand, danced and sang in the VIP room while drinking champagne.
The wives and girlfriends of the players were at the casino too and many of them wore the champions’ medals around their necks. However, neither they nor their victorious companions answered any of the questions of the press before getting inside the luxurious venue.
After eating and drinking, many of the players decided to try their luck on the tables and they bet a total of £100,000. According to a source, Tevez, Ferdinand and Wes Brown were the ones who spent more money on wagers.
If they complete the Premier League and Champions League double, the players of the Manchester United will receive a £250,000 bonus. In order to do so, they have to beat the Chelsea in the Champions League final to be held in Moscow on 21st May.
